Healthy Strawberry Jam

Instructions

  1. Cut up the strawberries and add to a pan.
  2. Add the honey and lemon and mix.
  3. Leave on high heat until the strawberries release their juices and boil.
  4. Leave on low heat for another 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Optional: smash the strawberries.
  6. Leave to cool then transfer to a jar.
  7. Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
