Description
Veal scaloppine are thin slices of meat coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden, served in a sandwich with a special sauce and vegetables. The meat can be marinated beforehand for a rich flavor and tender texture. This recipe is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Cut the meat into thin slices from the top of the thigh.
Season the meat with minced onion, onion water, tomato juice, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Let it marinate for 2 hours to overnight.
Dip the meat slices in egg, then in breadcrumbs seasoned with black pepper.
Let the coated meat rest in the refrigerator for a while.
Fry the meat in hot oil for 4-5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper immediately after removing from oil.
To prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with ketchup, pickled cucumber, salt, and pepper.
Fry the potatoes until golden to serve alongside the sandwich.
To assemble the sandwich: spread the sauce on the bread, then add the thinly sliced meat, lettuce, and tomato.
