Instructions

In a frying pan heat the oil.

Add onion and brown sugar and stir till the onion is caramelized. (Optional)

In a big bowl add the onion to the meat.

Add salt, pepper, meat/kofta spices, nutmeg, baking powder and parsley and mix.

In a plate roll medium-sized meatballs.

Heat the oil in a preheated pan.

Add the meatballs till golden brown then turn and make sure it's well-done.

Remove the meat balls, and in the same pan, add butter.

Add onion and garlic and still till translucent.

Stir in the flour, then Pour the broth and mix well.

Add soya sauce/worcester sauce and stir.
-
Add the whipping cream/sour cream and stir.
-
Bring the sauce to a boil then add the meatballs.
