The Meatballs

In a bowl, mix minced meat, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper and seven spices.

Knead for at least 5 minutes.

Shape the minced meat into small or medium sized balls.

Let it rest in the fridge for 5 minutes.

In a pan, add olive oil/ oil, butter and cook the meatballs.

Set the meatballs aside.
The Pasta

In salted water, boil the spaghetti pasta.

In the same pan of the meatballs, add garlic, tomato paste, diced and peeled tomatoes and stir.

Add hot water or soup.

When the sauce starts to boil, add the meatballs to the pan and leave them to cook on low heat for only 10 minutes.

In a separate pan, add olive oil, the boiled pasta and let it cook.

Add the sauce and meatballs in the other pan and leave them to cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat and decorate with coriander.
