Roast bell peppers, onion, chili powder, paprika, olive oil, salt & pepper in the oven or air fryer for 20 minutes

Add chili pepper and garlic and roast for another 10 minutes

In a blender, add the roasted veggies and add vinegar, olive oil and juice of one big lemon - blend until it forms a paste

In a bowl, add the paste to the chicken and make sure its properly covered - Leave in fridge from 1 hour to 24 hours

Roast chicken in the oven from 40 to 45 minutes
