  1. In a blender, put all peri peri sauce ingredients and blend until smooth
  2. Put the mixture in a pan and bring it to a boil for 15-20 minutes
  3. Let it chill then put it in a glass jar in the fridge
  4. In a hot pan, add butter then the liver and let it cook for 5-7 minutes and add the minced garlic
  5. Add lemon juice to the liver, then 4-5 tablespoons of the peri peri sauce
  6. Add cooking cream and season with salt & pepper
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
