Instructions
We put a 1 and a half cup of water in a pan on the stove then add tea bags, spices, dried roses, rose water and saffron, and leave the mixture to reach the boiling point
Remove the tea bags from the mixture, add the sugar, date molasses/ molasses, and stir to dissolve the sugar
In a bowl, put the tapioca starch with 1 cup of water and dissolve the starch well
Add the tapioca mixture to the tea mixture while it is still on the stove, with continuous stirring until it is cooked (the mixture becomes thick and sticky), add sesame and ghee and stir
Pour into a plate or serving dish and decorate with nuts
