  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the meat in a burger shape.
  3. On medium heat , cook the burger for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add to the burger light cheddar cheese and cover the patty for 30 seconds.
  5. In a separate pan, cook fresh sliced mushrooms, 2 diced garlic cloves and tablespoon of soya sauce on medium heat.
  6. Prepare the sauce by mixing light mayo and sriracha⁣ ⁣.
  7. Assemble the sandwich with shredded lettuce, onions and tomatoes .
