Oman Chips with Sweetcorn and Cheese

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s slightly foamy.
Add cooking cream and cream cheese to the butter, stirring until fully combined.
Season the mixture with black pepper and paprika to taste.
Lower the heat, then add mozzarella cheese to the mixture, stirring gently until melted.
Lightly crush the Oman Chips inside the bag and add them to the pan.
Toss gently to coat the chips with the cheesy mixture, avoiding overmixing to keep the chips crunchy.
Serve immediately while still warm for the best crunch and flavor.
