  2. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, coconut oil or olive oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients using a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon the batter into muffin cups lined with paper liners.
  6. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
