Glass noodles are made from bean and pea starch, gluten-free and low in calories. This recipe combines mixed vegetables and glass noodles with a rich Asian-flavored sauce.

Instructions
Place hot water in a bowl, add glass noodles, and let them sit for 5-6 minutes until soft.
On the stove, heat sesame oil, add finely chopped vegetables with salt and pepper, and stir until cooked.
Add the glass noodles to the vegetables and mix well.
Add soy sauce, pomegranate molasses, teriyaki sauce, and sweet cherry, and stir.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion, and serve.
