Place butter and a little oil in a pan over heat.
Add flour and stir until creamy
Add a little milk, being careful not to add too much, to obtain a béchamel-like consistency.
Add mozzarella cheese and stir until cohesive and dough-like.
Add nigella seeds, then remove the filling from heat.
Stuff the sambousek dough with this filling and fry in oil until golden.
