Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Add a portion of the spice mix to the flour.

Dip the chicken in buttermilk with a bit of the spice mix, then coat it in the seasoned flour. Repeat the process to create a double coating for extra crunch.

Let the coated chicken rest for 5-10 minutes to set the crust.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Blend blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and buttermilk in a blender until smooth. Adjust consistency with more buttermilk if needed.
