Cut the broccoli head into small florets.
In a pan over heat, add a little olive oil, add the broccoli, and stir briefly.
Add the chopped onion, green onion, and minced garlic to the pan, then add a little water to prevent burning.
When the mixture turns golden, add sweet corn.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme to taste, then set the vegetables aside.
To prepare the bechamel: In a pot, add butter and oil, then add flour and chicken stock (optional). Add milk, and stir.
Add cooking cream to the bechamel mixture, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
In an oven dish, layer some bechamel, then the vegetables, then another layer of bechamel, then top with mozzarella cheese.
Place the dish in the oven until the top is golden brown.
