Instructions

Heat a pan, add butter, then minced meat, salt, pepper, onions, and garlic.

Add bay leaves, grated tomatoes, tomato sauce, adjust seasoning, and let it cook.

Melt butter, ghee, and oil, add flour, stir until mixed and leave it for 2 minutes to cook the flour, then cool them aside.

Boil pasta in salted water to be cooked 75%, reserve some cooking water, drain.

Combine cooled flour mixture with hot milk, stir first then heat, add optional cream cheese and cream.

Adjust seasoning, thin Béchamel with reserved pasta water if needed.

Divide pasta into 2 halves and mix some Béchamel and minced meat with them.

In a baking pan, add Béchamel Layer then pasta, meat mixture, pasta layer again then Béchamel on top adding some mixed cheese.

Bake at 220°C for 10 minutes.
