Instructions
In a pot, add sugar, water, and lemon.
Leave it to boil, then remove from heat and add vanilla.
In another pot, add milk, sugar, custard powder, and cream chantilly.
Mix well, then turn on the heat and stir until the mixture thickens.
Once thickened, add butter and vanilla.
Cover this custard mixture and set it aside.
Prepare a pyrex baking dish.
Take a goulash and cut it to fit the size of the pyrex pan.
Brush the pyrex pan with melted ghee.
Layer half of the goulash sheets in the pan, separating them with a light coating of ghee.
Add the thickened custard filling in the middle, on top of the goulash layer.
Add the remaining goulash pieces on top, again separating them with a light coating of ghee.
Bake this in a 200°C oven for 35 minutes.
Once baked, pour the room temperature syrup over the top of the layered goulash dessert.
