In a Pyrex dish, add the cooked pasta and half the amount of cooked beef. Mix together well.
Add some of the pre-made bechamel sauce and mix again.
Add the rest of the cooked beef over the pasta layer.
Add the mixed shredded cheese (Red Cheddar, Rumi, Edam, or Gouda) on top of the beef layer.
Add the mozzarella cheese next.
Add the rest of the bechamel sauce and spread it evenly, covering all the dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees until it starts sizzling.
Turn on the broiler until the top is golden.
