Instructions
Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes and season it with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix egg, milk, salt & pepper.
In a pan , add some oil and put the diced potato.
Add to the pan the egg mixture.
Add some cheese on top and let the egg cook.
Decorate the plate with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese .
