Instructions
Clean mushrooms by wiping them with a napkin or peeling them. Do not wash them with water.
Cut chicken breasts into small cubes.
Sauté chicken in butter or ghee until cooked, then remove from pan.
In the same pan, caramelize onions and mushrooms.
Add corn, celery, and garlic and stir well.
Add chicken broth.
Add butter and flour and stir well so that the taste of flour is not apparent.
Return chicken to the pan.
Add boiling water and milk and let the soup cook.
When done, add cream, salt, and pepper to taste.
