Marinate the chicken with grated onion, grated tomato, minced garlic, salt, pepper, ground cardamom and leave it covered for 2 to 3 hours.

In a pan, add oil and cook the marinated chicken pieces.

In a Pyrex, add the sliced bell pepper, potatoes, grated onion, grated tomatoes, garlic slices, cumin and the cooked chicken pieces.

Cover it with foil and roast it on 200 degrees Celsius, remove the foil in the middle to take a nice color.
