Description
This is a zucchini with bechamel and yogurt recipe, where zucchini stuffed with minced meat is prepared and covered with a light sauce of yogurt and milk with dried mint. Baked in the oven until golden and served garnished with pine nuts and parsley. It is a delicious and different breakfast meal from traditional zucchini bechamel.

Instructions
Cook the minced meat.
Stuff the zucchini and sauté it in oil.
Prepare the sauce: Add flour & butter, then add yogurt, milk, and spices, and stir until the sauce is like light bechamel.
Add the zucchini to the sauce and let it boil with it.
Transfer the zucchini to an oven tray, garnish, then put it in the oven until it colors.
Before taking it out of the oven, check with a fork that it is cooked.
