Instructions
Blend garlic cloves, salt, cumin, and coriander powder together. You can use a mortar and pestle or a food processor.
Dice the onion, cucumber, and tomatoes. Grate one tomato separately.
Mix chopped dill, parsley, and coriander leaves with the diced vegetables.
Stir in the garlic blend into the salad.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, vinegar, cold water, and spices (salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder).
Pour the dressing over the vegetable and herb mixture. Add grated tomato for extra freshness.
Add ice cubes to the salad if desired and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
Serve chilled as a side dish for BBQs or grilled meals.
