In a small pot water, apple cider vinegar, black pepper seeds, sugar, salt, mix well and bring to boil.

Slice onion, put in a Maison jar then add the mixture you just did, and set aside.

Flatten the chicken breasts a bit and add Spices Mix and salt on each side, then leave them aside for about 10 minutes.

In a food processor add basil, garlic, cashew, parmigano cheese, pinch of salt and process all together, then add some olive oil and process till smooth, then you have your Pesto ready.

In a hot pan add butter and olive oil and cook the chicken in.

In the same pan toast the buns, then add a layer of Pesto, slice of iceberg lettuce, chicken breast, slice of cheddar cheese (melt it with a burner if you have), some pickled onions, then close your sandwich.
