  1. Prepare the chicken marinade by mixing orange juice, hot sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, oregano, shawarma spices, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture.
  3. Grill the chicken on a stove or grill until fully cooked, turning occasionally for even cooking.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  5. Prepare the salad by chopping lettuce and arugula, and place them on a serving plate.
  6. Add sliced cherry tomatoes or regular tomatoes and pickled cucumbers
  7. Place the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
  8. Thinly slice the red onion and mix it with sumac, chopped parsley and mint and add to the salad.
  9. Add fried potato slices.
  10. Prepare the dressing by mixing yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  11. Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving.
