  1. After cleaning and washing the shrimp, season with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
  2. Heat up a pan, add olive oil, and the seasoned shrimp.
  3. Cook on one side before flipping to cook on the other side. Don't cook for more than 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add butter, oil, and minced garlic. Saute until fragrant.
  5. Add dried parsley, tomato paste, pasta water, and whipping cream.
  6. When it starts to boil, add grated cheese, bouillon cube, salt, and pepper.
  7. Re-add the shrimp to the pan, and add the cooked pasta. Mix all together. Let them cook for 10 minutes, and add some more cheese on top.
