  2. In a pan, add a little butter and the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes per side until done. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of garlic. Add a little hot sauce, then 1 cup of cream. When it thickens, add 2 teaspoons of ketchup, salt, pepper, and cumin. Let it cook for 2 minutes until thickened.
  4. Remove the sauce from the heat and add fresh dill.
