Shepherd Pie with Sausages

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the boiled potatoes, milk and butter. Season with salt & pepper.
  2. Mash the potatoes and mix everything together.
  3. Add shredded cheese, mix then set aside.
  4. In an oven friendly pan, pan fry the sausages (segoa) until cooked and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add diced onion and mushroom.
  6. Add chili oil, garlic and fresh thyme.
  7. Add broth and cream and stir well.
  8. Add the cooked sausages and bell peppers (cut into cubes).
  9. Add the potatoes on top and slightly cut it (like in the video) to create a shape on top.
  10. Add melted butter on top.
  11. Turn on the broiler only and cook the pie until colored.
