Instructions
Sauté the pastrami in a pan, then add minced garlic and onion.
Add tomatoes (without seeds) and assorted bell peppers. Stir well.
Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and mix everything together. Let them simmer.
Create space for the eggs in the pan, crack them into the spaces, lower the heat, and cover.
You can optionally top it with mozzarella cheese and put it under the broiler until melted.
Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
Season with a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of black pepper.
