In a hot pan, add olive oil and cook the duck pieces with some rosemary, onions, cinnamon, carrots, celery, bay leaf and water.

Take the duck pieces outside the soup and shred it into small pieces.

In a pan, add olive oil, mushrooms, carrots, celery, onions, rosemary, bell pepper, minced garlic, chili pepper, harissa, tomato sauce, the shredded duck, olives and cream.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Dip the rokak in the duck's soup and add it to an oven tray brushed with butter or ghee.

Repeat 4 times, then add the prepared duck and cover it with 4 more dipped rokak layers.

Brush the top with butter and bake it in the oven.
