In a Pyrex dish, add some bechamel sauce and spread evenly.
Add the cooked or leftover rice and press lightly to even.
Add some more bechamel sauce over the rice and spread to cover.
Add the cooked ground beef and spread evenly.
Add the peas or any preferred cooked vegetables.
Lastly, add the rest of the bechamel sauce and spread to cover all the dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
When almost done, turn on the broiler to give it that nice golden color.
