Instructions
Mix eggs with sugar, butter, oil, vanilla, and zest of cinnamon and ginger.
Sift flour with cornstarch and cake mix.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with warm milk, mix well.
Add grated carrots and mix.
Add raisins, coconut, or nuts as desired.
Pour batter into a greased pan and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Remove cake from oven and let it cool completely.
Add icing (optional) and enjoy.
