  1. Grill or air fry the pumpkin with garlic, thyme, rosemary and olive oil.
  2. In a pot, add butter, minced onion, grated ginger and chili flakes (optional).
  3. Add cinnamon to the grilled pumpkin, then add chicken broth soup, shredded carrots and let them cook..
  4. Blend the mixture with a hand blender, add yogurt while the heat is turned off and season with salt, pepper, turmeric, smoked paprika and curry.
  5. Add cooking cream and pumpkin seeds on top.
