  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients together
  2. Bonus step: add yoghurt and tomato paste to give it an extra flavor
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken and leave it in the marinade for a while (preferable over night)
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water to the chicken, cover pyrex/ oven tray with foil
  5. Roast chicken in the oven at 200 degrees from 45 minutes to 60 minutes
  6. Blend the remaining sauce (after roasting) to make it smooth and use it as a dip

- يفضل الفراخ تبات في التتبيلة.
- لو الفراخ بتاخد وقت في التسوية، ضيفو ١/٢ كوب مية في الصينية.
- نسوي الفراخ متغطية على درجة حرارة ٢٠٠ من ٤٥ دقيقة لساعة.
