In a pot , put small amount of oil , lentil , chopped potatoes , tomatoes , onions and garlic , and let them sauté .

Add to the pot , boiling water and let the lentil cook.

Blend the lentil by a hand blender or a blender.

Put the lentil back in the pot on heat , and add black pepper , cumin, coriander , instant broth and butter cube and stir.

In a pan , put 1 spoon of ghee and oil and start browning some vermicelli.

Put the vermicelli on the lentil soup and let them cook for 5 minutes.
