Instructions
Chop Veggies; Carrots, potatoes, tomatoes & onion
In a pan, add olive oil then the onion
Add the rest of the chopped veggies and stir
Add the spices and mix
Add washed lentils, tomato paste and minced garlic
Add boiling water, cover the pan and let it cook
When cooked, blend using hand blender or mixer
In another pan, add butter and paprika to make the paprika mix
