Transfer the ground biscuits to a mixing bowl.

Add hazelnuts to the bowl with the ground biscuits (optional).

Pour in melted butter and cocoa powder.

Gradually add milk to the mixture, stirring continuously, until it forms a cohesive dough.

Transfer the dough mixture onto a piece of parchment paper.

Shape the mixture into a cylinder or log shape.

Place the cylinder in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours to firm up.

Once chilled and firm, remove the cylinder from the refrigerator.
