  1. Pulse the biscuits in a food processor until they are slightly grounded.
  2. Transfer the ground biscuits to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add hazelnuts to the bowl with the ground biscuits (optional).
  4. Pour in melted butter and cocoa powder.
  5. Gradually add milk to the mixture, stirring continuously, until it forms a cohesive dough.
  6. Transfer the dough mixture onto a piece of parchment paper.
  7. Shape the mixture into a cylinder or log shape.
  8. Place the cylinder in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours to firm up.
  9. Once chilled and firm, remove the cylinder from the refrigerator.
  10. Cut the chilled dough log into slices of your desired thickness.
  11. Melt some raw chocolate with milk then dip half of the sliced cake in it.
