Wash the small potatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters.

Boil the potatoes in water for about 10 minutes to soften them slightly.

In a large bowl, mix honey, mustard, oil, salt, pepper, paprika, bread crumbs, and minced garlic.

Once the potatoes are slightly softened, add them to the bowl with the mixture and toss everything together to coat the potatoes evenly.

Preheat the oven to 170°C .

Spread the coated potatoes onto a baking tray in a single layer.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until they are golden and crispy on the outside.
