- Wash the small potatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters.
- Boil the potatoes in water for about 10 minutes to soften them slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix honey, mustard, oil, salt, pepper, paprika, bread crumbs, and minced garlic.
- Once the potatoes are slightly softened, add them to the bowl with the mixture and toss everything together to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C .
- Spread the coated potatoes onto a baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until they are golden and crispy on the outside.
