Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the dough ingredients and knead using hands for 2 to 3 minutes until soft.
  2. Slightly grease bowl with oil then put the dough and cover and leave it to ferment. (Won't take a lot of time if kitchen is warm)
  3. Add flour to the countertop, cut the dough into half (to make 2 pizzas) then using rolling pin to do it (and sprinkle some flour while doing so).
  4. To make the pizza sauce: in a casserole, add tomato paste, spices, oil and water and bring to a boil.
  5. Spread the the pizza dough in pizza tray or any oven tray, add the pizza sauce then any topping you prefer and top it off with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven on high heat for 9-10 minutes in the bottom rack. Then transfer to the middle rack and turn on the grill.
