Instructions
We mix the minced meat with soy sauce and fish sauce, form the burger and put it in the freezer for a while to hold together
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter to melt and take a slightly brown color before adding the burger
Fry the burger on both sides to get a delicious color and crunch
We put cheese slices on the burger while it is cooking, which will allow it to melt
Spread the bread base with mustard and mayonnaise and place the burger pieces on top
In a pan, add the onion with 2 tablespoons of butter until it caramelizes then add some onion on the burger
In the pan, add the boiled potatoes cut in halves with a little butter or olive oil to brown and serve alongside the burger
