Bun Making

  1. In a mixing bowl, add yeast with the skimmed milk and sugar, then set it aside to ferment.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix flour with yogurt, egg whites, and activated yeast, and knead thoroughly.
  3. Cover the mixture and let it ferment for an hour.
  4. After dough ferment ,add on cutting surface and divide based on quantity.
  5. Shape it into balls then cover it and let it ferment again for about 30 minutes.
  6. Brush each ball with a mix of a Nescafe powder and egg yolk, coat them with brown flour.
  7. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked from inside.

Sauce

  1. In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, mustard, garlic, hot sauce, diet sugar.
  2. Add Salt, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, and small cubes of onion together and mix well.

Burger Cooking

  1. Season the minced chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook the burger on both sides until it's golden brown and cooked from inside.
  3. Assemble the burger by placing the cooked burger patty onto the bread, followed by the sauce and the rest of the ingredients.
