Instructions

  1. Cut your potatoes into fries.
  2. Add the potato to a pot and add room temp water, vinegar and salt.
  3. Leave to boil until the potato cooks.
  4. Strain and dry with a paper towel.
  5. In a mixing bowl add the fries, cornstarch and oil.
  6. Air fry for 30 minutes on 200 Celsius, and shake every 10 minutes.
  7. For the oven, place the fries separately on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes on 200 Celsius and flip each fry halfway through.
