Cut your potatoes into fries.

Add the potato to a pot and add room temp water, vinegar and salt.

Leave to boil until the potato cooks.

Strain and dry with a paper towel.

In a mixing bowl add the fries, cornstarch and oil.

Air fry for 30 minutes on 200 Celsius, and shake every 10 minutes.

For the oven, place the fries separately on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes on 200 Celsius and flip each fry halfway through.
