In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast and knead with warm water.

Leave the dough to ferment.

In a food processor, add onion, garlic and green bell pepper.

Marinate the minced meat with the mixture in the food processor, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, crushed cardamom, 7 spices, sumac, nutmeg, chili powder and baking powder.

Divide the minced meat into two balls.

Flatten the minced meat and add mozzarella cheese between both layers.

In a pottery casserole, add the minced meat and cook it on low heat.

Remove the minced meat and add oil, tomatoes, green bell pepper, onions, garlic and mushrooms.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add tomato paste and mix.

Return the minced meat and cover it with the veggies.

Flatten the dough and cover the pottery casserole with it.

Brush the top of the dough with oil.

Sprinkle some sesame and nigella sativa on top.

Bake it in a preheated oven on 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes then under the grill.
