Instructions
In a bowl, add the minced beef then add the burger spices and Worcestershire sauce and knead well with hands.
Shape the minced beef into burgers then cover and put in the fridge while making the sauce.
In a pan, add butter and oil and pan fry the sliced mushrooms.
Then add chopped onion and stir. Season with salt & pepper.
Add the minced garlic and give it a stir then add flour.
Add beef stock then add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
Grill the burgers and when cooked add the swiss cheese on top until it melts on the burgers.
Make the sandwich and enjoy.
