In a bowl, mix minced meat, drained grated onion, salt, pepper, sodium carbonate, nutmeg and knead the mixture.
Season the lamb tissue with salt and pepper.
Roll the minced meat in the lamb tissue.
Cut them into medium pieces.
Put them in the wooden skewers.
Grill them on the grill.
In a baladi bread add tahini salad and the grilled meat.
