Gazpacho

Chop tomato, bell pepper (red & yellow), onion, peel & chop cucumber

In a blender, blend all veggies and garlic, then gradually add the oil while blending then add all spices

Put in a bowl and let it chill in the fridge
Shrimps
-
In a hot pan, add olive oil and grill the shrimps until cooked through for 5 to 7 minutes (add spices and season with salt & pepper)

Serve with gazpacho and roasted bread
