In a blender, blend condensed milk, cream and the liquid from the canned pineapple.
Open and drain the canned pineapple, canned peaches, and mixed canned fruits.
If available, add fresh grapes and slice in half.
Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
Pour the sauce over the fruit mixture and gently mix.
Add any optional ingredients such as nuts and crushed biscuits.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
