Description
Learn how to prepare crispy calamari at home with the same taste as restaurants. Calamari rings are seasoned with spices and milk, then coated in a flour and starch mixture and fried until golden and crispy.

Marinate the calamari with egg, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, turmeric, and lemon, and set aside.
Mix the flour with starch and the same spices used in marinating the calamari.
Dip the calamari in the flour mixture.
Place the calamari in hot oil and stir frequently until golden, do not leave it in the oil for more than two minutes.
Remove onto a rack, then add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, parsley, cilantro, or any available herbs.
