Instructions
Cooking the fish

Pat dry the fish fillet then season with salt & pepper

In a bowl mix all the batter ingredients.

Add sparkling water or club soda to the batter.

Heat the frying oil on medium heat.

Dip the fish fillet in the flour then in the wet batter.

Fry on both sides until golden.
The Fries

Chop the potato into the preferred shape.

Drain in water then soak twice.
-
Pat dry & season with salt.

Semi-fry the fries then put in the freezer then fry again until crispy.

Prepate the tartar sauce and enjoy
